1. What CallFlowKit provides
CallFlowKit is a free planning tool that generates draft prompts, call flows, safety instructions, SMS templates, handoff rules, and launch checklists from information you provide. It does not connect to a phone system or act as your receptionist.
CallFlowKit may also offer paid, AI-assisted and human-reviewed operational audits. The confirmed scope, price, timing, permitted test access, and deliverables for an engagement are established before paid work begins.
2. Paid audit scope
An audit identifies operational gaps and proposes tests and revisions; it does not guarantee production readiness, business results, regulatory compliance, or error-free operation. Testing occurs only in a sandbox or approved test environment after explicit authorization. Production access is outside the standard intake scope.
3. Payment and start of work
Creem provides the hosted checkout and receipt. Payment reserves an audit slot but does not start the delivery clock by itself. The stated turnaround begins only after CallFlowKit receives a complete redacted intake and confirms that the requested work is within scope.
4. Your responsibility
You must review and approve every generated output before use. Confirm service areas, schedules, prices, disclosures, emergency paths, escalation contacts, data retention, accessibility, and legal requirements with qualified people for your business and jurisdiction. Test any implementation before it handles real callers.
5. Prohibited use
Do not use the service to break the law, deceive callers, impersonate people without authorization, collect information you are not entitled to collect, interfere with the site, or create systems that place people at unreasonable risk. Do not treat generated text as emergency, legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
6. Availability and changes
The service is provided as available and may change, pause, or stop without notice. We do not promise that generated material will be error-free, complete, or suitable for a particular business, vendor, or jurisdiction.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallFlowKit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site or generated outputs. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation, so these limits apply only to the extent permitted there.
8. These terms
Using the site means you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. We may revise the terms as the product changes; the effective date above identifies the current version.
